if your looking right at the TEK light, it goes at like a 45 degree angle, then flat, then drops down to the reflectors, i mounted it where it gets flat before the reflectors, not the angle part...

so, from the front looking at the tank you can obviously see them, but i have a oceanic stainless steel finished canopy to cover it all so i did not care. you could mount it in the back too where its flat, but thats where i put the luman moon lights...
