Vortech Battery Back Up

Does anyone have the Back up system?

Our power went out the other night and I started thinking about how nice it'd be to have.

They seem expensive but..

As a side note, I'm going to get a few of the battery powered air pumps as well.

I have it. Well worth the investment. I have lost power twice this winter. Never longer than 3 hours, but good for peace of mind.

I use them as well and consider them well worth the investment. They really take the product to a whole other level of dual utility.

I got one a few months ago that I just installed recently. Never had to use it thankfully but the peace of mind now as I go away is great.

i use a big old computer backup. it wont slow down your vortechs like the ecotech one will, but you can also use it to power some other stuff if the power goes out.

i have never had to use it, but i loaned it to mark (kuyamark) a couple years ago and he said it ran for quite a long time.

Vortech Battery Back Up... good for peace of mind.

Remember to replace 'recalled' connectors with new 'fused' cables!

Most of the computer backups only last about 30 minutes from what I've seen. Does the one you have last longer than this?

Further, the back up in my office makes a LOUD, continuous beep when the power goes off
