Okay I was looking at Rapid LEDs
7 LED par 38 bulb .......
Does anybody know how many bulbs would I need for a 10 gallon tank???????
Would like some opinions from people who have used these bulb please :)

Or use two PAR30's for even coverage and you can grow anything you want in there!
two PAR38's seem overkill
two PAR30's is very intense lighting as well, slightly overkill, but good if you're planning to grow sps on the bottom too :)

1 bulb aprox 8 inches above the tank should be fine, even higher if is possible imho, 10 gal tank is not to high and this bulb has decent penetration.
How much that bulb gonna cost you?
Maybe better to build simple 12 LEDs bar? One dimmeable driver $40, 12 luxeon stars $48, short aluminum heatsink from eBay $10, 12 lenses 60 degree $10-12...
Some dimmer and you are set...
