Just wanted to know what kinda flow I'd get with an Aquaclear 901 a older 110. It says it does 900 gph. I plan on using it in a 29 gallon sump for my 72 bow reef ready.I thought I wanted the flow from a mag 5 but I have this already. Are these as realiable as the mags?

That is a powerhead and will not work because of the head height, they are designed to only move water within the DT. You are going to need something along the lines of the mag 5.
