Ok I have a 48x24x31h 150 what led should I get . I have a nova extreme t5x8 fixtures now and I'm on a low budget.

Cheap Chinese LED. Does not have good color from what I hear, very yellow.

LEDs and low budget don't mix. But if you can get past the up front cost they save you money in the long run.
