Good news-- I found the instructions.
Bad news-- They're in Chinese.
Here's an online translation of the instructions. If you've used a pH controller/monitor before, you should be able to figure it out. If you're not using it as a controller, you can ignore anything past step 5. My best guess in
blue:
1. Joins power source AC 110V/60Hz.
[Plug it in]
2. Loads the pH input end after the pH electrode (BNC attachment insertion, right-turn).
[attach the probe]
3. The selection switch position will cut “pH” the position.
[turn the switch to pH]
4. Puts in the pH 7 adjustment fluids the pH electrode, adjustment “pH7” knob; Causes the demonstration the value is “7.00”.
[stick the probe in the ph 7 solution, adjust the pH7 knob until it reads 7.00]
5. Puts in after the pH electrode in the pH7 adjustment fluid takes out makes the clean slightly, the pH electrode puts in the pH 4 adjustment fluids, adjustment “pH4” knob; Causes the demonstration the value is “4.00”. (this step 4, 5 before new electrode use must adjustment step).
[rinse the probe, then put it in the pH4 solution. Adjust the pH4 know until it reads 4.00]
6. Cuts “SET” the function switch position to establish the position.
7. Uses small “one” the character bottle opener adjustment “SET” the knob, causes the pH value which the demonstration the digit arrives needs to establish. The test value is higher than when the setting value will start the control supply).
8. Puts in the Shui national minority box which the pH electrode must control, the carbon dioxide steel cylinder (CO2) solenoid valve plug, inserts again on the controller plug. (please determine solenoid valve's voltage and use power source same). 9. Opens the function is concerned “M” (survey) the position, this time the entire water quality system (CO2) provides the carbon dioxide by way of the carbon dioxide steel cylinder to control the pH value to drop.
Here's the website, although it's not very helpful:
