ReefKeeper Lite pH Probe Problem

So my old Digital Aquatics probe went bad since it wasn't giving the right readings so I got a new pinpoint probe. Right outta the box, I put it on and was going to calibrate it but it's giving me "pH Error".

Does anyone with a RKL know what this means? Is the probe bad or is it the SL1/SL2?

Which Pinpoint did you get? The regular one or the lab grade?

I think it's the regular one. How can I tell? It came in a white box, haha.

I don't know how much this helps but I have a pinpoint probe on my RKL with an SL2 and it works fine. If you want to come over and troubleshoot you are more than welcome to.
