getting back into hobby skimmer questions

does anyone have any knowledge of the reef octopus skimmers. i always ran deltec i now they are top of the line along with bubbble king but can't see spending that money since the prices have doubled for the deltec over the last few years.. i def like the bubble king 180 mini skimmer is it really worth $1,000 alot of cash for plastic

I buy all equipment on here used can't afford to buy it new I paid like 220 for a mercision marine bullet 1 skimmer I'm happy enough with it

I don't know what size tank you are planning on setting up but I have a few skimmers for sale including a MTC HSA 250 ETSS super reef devil a euroreef let me know.

mp there's alot of skimmers equal in performance to bk and deltec for a fraction of the cost, what will the total water volume be ?

i have a 65 gallon tank in my garage that i'm going to use. and a 30 gallon tank that i will use as a sump... will most likely be keeping sps again like it had a few years ago.. any info on the skimmers i have asked about will be very helpful .. i had great experince with deltec.. i aslo see u guys say there are skimmers for alot less that work as well..
