Hanna Checkers Question

i just got 3 of the hanna checker devices and iam a little confused on how to read it these were my readings ALKALINITY 89 on device but if i do the math it comes out to a 5.0... NITRITE 12 on device then again my math gives me a 39.48.... PHOSPHATE 0.27 on device can someone please look at this and let me know if its right or am i doing something wrong....
