Not very computer literate, looking for help with my apex . I have recently not been able to access my apex from my laptop via http//apex. went on to the netune site and saw an update tried to download the firmware and was unsuccessful. anyone willing and able to try to help me .?
The only thing I can think of is, is it connected to your network?
Besides that, post your resolution, or maybe I can help you next month when I get my apex.
Ok i guess my cat 5 cable was bad im able to access the site now. Is there anyone out there thats familiar with setting up the apex to control the calcium reactor ? any help would be appreciated. Such as what should the target PH be ?
I just got the apex myself but have not had the chance to start configuring it via a laptop or thru my network. Personally I found the Neptune manual to be crap. I have been reading the following and it's far better:
I agree the manual is hard,at first its really bad but it seems to get better as you go. I guess my question is more about the reactor. we have never had one before and we are trying to figure it out/ dial it in. not sure what levels of dkh and calcium should be coming out ? drip rates and bubble count and such.
Thanks for the reply , if i can help you with your apex I will. Chuck P
