One of the pumps on my skimmer is having a little problem, and I would like to know if this is something that can be fixed, or if I need to replace it altogether!

When ever the pumps are turned off, and then turned back on one of them does not start up without my having to fiddle with it.
Do I have to replace it? These are the sicce PSK 2500 I believe.

depends on the problem, there must be an ongoing problem causing it. try taking it apart and cleaning it out really good, just because the parts to pumps move doesnt mean that they dont get dirty, other than algea i have seen pumps frozen with solidified calcium inside the shaft. if its not a cleaning problem you may want to look into replacingit. depending on how new it is try and see if the waranty still is in effect

Thanks Master Shake! I cleaned them when I first got the skimmer which I purchased used about a month ago by running them in a bath of vinegar. I'll take it apart this time.
