Asian manufacture usually use a different voltage, does it fit the US standard? Looks like a cool light. Let me know how it works out.

To my understanding, their products are of full range voltage. I am also waiting for my 36" set. Will keep you guys posted when I get it!

do they have a US distributor? what do you do if something goes wrong?
You may try to contact them by e-mail:

from my understanding and research into the LED's i would say yes but feel free for a second opinion
I have two ThorTek 1W LED fixtures on my 36" tank for one year. I have some SPS in this tank, and they did grow under 1W LED light. Illumagic use 5W lamps, so........should be ok for the SPS,I think~~

Just a couple of questions that I have tackled in the past:

1. Is this a lighting manufacturer? I have found many many lighting companies in Asia that sell leds stuck into a box and called Aquarium lamps. They also sell table lamps on the same website. These guys tend to not no much about aquarium sciences. I've gotten lamps with 1:1 ratio of LEDs in the past from some of these guys and they just shook their heads like I spoke French to them when I asked what was with the ratio. They also aren't aware of the different spectrums that are necessary for long term coral health, especially SPS.

2. What type of controllability do you have with the LEDs? One of the best features of LED lighting is its versatility.

3. Warranty and Parts?

4. PAR output?

I also look forward to hear the anwsers to the questions you asked. But maybe you can contact them directly to get all the information you need, cause that is what I am going to do then.

I saw you sell the LED fixtures manufactured by the company "PacificSun", and I think they are really fancy on looks. I try to figure out the specification of the LED lamps they use in their products and found nothing still. I am also interested in this fixture, so can you please send me some detailed information about the LED specification and spectrum by e-mail or PM? Public post is also welcome on this thread !

I think it is great for me and other members who are interested in LED lighting to have enough information before we decide to pay the money! What do you think?

Keep it open on the public thread for other members and I to follow! It's so new and expensive that every info and input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you both in advance.
