I had enough with this trident BS. I had to deal with years of calibrations for what so a week or 2 later have to do it again .. I always supported innovated aquarium products specially the Apex brand and not to make myself look special but people that know me personally know I have EVERY product from Apex Neptune . I had to deal with the EB832 power bar issues (which I have 5 barely working and 4 sitting on my shelf broken ) and also had the Trident to deal with .. I bought updated kits or whatever you call it to service it and I followed every instruction by the book (video) and still had either “no water” or water but no reagent going into the cuvette for testing.. I can only have so much patients and trust me I do have patients … today I trashed the Trident because I am fed up with opening and closing it to check what is wrong with it … sorry for the inconvenience to others . I know this is not the case for everyone .. please keep enjoying your reefing .. let’s see what happens down the line with my Apex products … all please stay well and safe …
