NYOS 220 Skimmer - Pump

Anybody run or has run a NYOS 220 skimmer? The pump for the skimmer I have is very noisy. Is this normal?

Not normal it should be very quiet. You may have a snail or something stuck in there i would clean it.

I had actually just cleaned it. Nothing stuck in there.

Something is definitely not right. Sounds like a bad impeller. That purple piece should not be shaking like that.

Thank you, I appreciate the help. Dp you also have a NYOS 220? I'd imagine the impeller should run a lot smoother than that.....

i have the nyos 160. Same pump just the smaller version. Yeah that impeller should not be wobbling around.
