I have some data on them. I am waiting on Brad to send me the bulb data.

You'll have to wait a short bit for the write-up...

Perry contacted me and asked me not to release the data.
For various reasons, some of which I can understand, others I don't.

However, he did offer to send me a T5 setup for testing.
I am waiting to talk with him further to see when this could occur.
I had planned on including the data I had collected in an article.

T5s are pretty bright, and should be in the neighborhood of any mid-intensity lighting solution. More than that I won't say for now.

Regards.

One site I was on had clusters, like 35-45 LEDS and claimed they were 6,000 lumens and had a Kelvin temp of either 6k,7k or 8k. If the price of these goes down they will be a great light source. Low heat and very low energy consumption. I want the glitter lines without the heat. I guess I'll hold off on halides for a bit.

I'm beta testing for a company so I can't answer for the 1st two but the wiring I can talk about. I also don't know if and when the company will be releasinga package. The setup is powered by a 13w Advance ballast. The wiring is inline or akin to a string of Christmas lights and I use velcro to mount the lights.

HTH,
Steve
