Howdy,

I don't know why you kept Tunze magnets out of the list. You mentioned that the Magnavores are stronger which is not the case. The largest of the Tunze magnets can clean glass that is 1 1/2 foot thick.

As for expensive, the Tunze, per claimed cleaning unit, is cheaper than the Magnavore.

I think you ought to do a quick addendum to
this article especially in regards to the old school "Tunze is expensive" (which it used to be).

The review was about the two domestic magnets. Dollar for dollar either of the American magnets are going to be stronger than an equivalent Tunze. Tunze makes larger magnets, but they are still expensive.

The website you gave lists the most expensive magnet at $429 ... and it does 2.5 INCHES ... where did you get 1 1/2 feet (18 inches) from?

I have the largest Magnavore and it can't do 2.5 inch acrylic.
