Just got an apogee par meter,,,
I was shocked how low my par was...
Recently introduced sps to my tank
Was shocked at how low my par was, all levels in tank,,,,,

Put sps up top and in a few days was bleaching

Cranked up radeons,,, put on acclimation....
Lowered bleaching corals.....


My softies are raging now .......

Which sensor did you use, the MQ-200 does not read blue LEDs very well so your numbers may be higher than you think.

With the MQ-210 odds are your PAR was under reporting.

PAR meter got nothing to do with.....Spectrum Color, most ppl. use it for intensity of light , Bad or good Light Bulb , reflector etc. Efficiency of Light Fix.
LEDs are champion on bleaching SPS.
