ATO / KALK drip challenge (Mine)! please - ideas?

I've attached (yes, it's sideways) a simple diagram of my implementation and problem.

I have a 4 gallon ATO reservoir - thru a siphon I have h2o draining into a Kalk Reactor / Stirrer and from it a tube to a valve/drip set up into sump.

All works great until the h2o level in the ATO Res. drops below the h2o level in the Kalk reactor) then no siphon, no drip, no kalk.

You would need to lift the ato up. If you want the siphon to be maintained, then you will need to make sure the ato end of the siphon tube is below the water level in you kalk tank. If you have the ago too high, it will continue to sipon water out of the ATO until it gets below the siphon tube and breaks the siphon.
