Reset apex with broken display

Hey,

I got an apex here with a busted display and I can't access the administration page to see the user or password.

Usually I'd call customer support and they guide me through this and send me a reflasheads hex file


It's the weekend and they aren't rsponding. Does anyone know a trick to reset it or have the file?

It asks for my log in info and I do not know it to this apex unit. I haven't used this one since last year

Can you use a display from another apex.

Yeah I can definitely use another display. I just don't want to hassle anyone with borrowing it or anything like that. I'd buy a used one if anyone has one.
