My main concern in this situation was for YOU as the buyer that was ripped off and I can truly say that I am really happy to hear that you received a refund and aren't out any money. Secondly, I have heard about this issue in further detail from others and I think you should know that this is certainly not the first time that this person has done this and not his only way of scamming people/products. The authorities are following various leads and hopefully he will be caught soon enough to make sure no one else gets scammed. I can assume that the stolen items were mainly Freshwater XR15s, due to the fact that the % of Freshwater lights aren't connected to EcoSmartLive, as opposed to the Marine based XR15w Pros, making them harder to be tracked.
It's sad when someone has to stoop so low to o to such extents to concoct a plan to steal from others, just to make a buck. I hope that everything works out for you in all of this and am very happy to hear that you were able to get your $ back, without too much of an issue. It's a lesson to be learned for lots of people.
