jebao rw8 help

I just picked up a jebao rw8 for my 28g jbj

What mode can I run to turn this thing down, I had it on H and hit speed to the lowest speed setting, but my stuff is still blowing like crazy

W1 is the lowest I believe.
C is about the same, but needs two pumps to alternate flow.

Use the knob also.

W1 on lowest? What modes does the knob effect?

All of them differently;

W1- wave mode, it adjust the flow / speed of waves. Lowest flow mode.

W2& else - it adjusts the flow speed, these are very high velocity modes!
W2- is a sine wave function, a little stronger than the w1.....
while ELSE is a random act of war, with no geneva pact!
(Might work great in a large tank).
H- it only adjust the speed low to high as this is a constant flow, no on/off cycle.

C- it adjust the timing of two pumps setup to alternate on/off. This is what I use. One pump set @ master, other set @ slave.

What tank is this in, location, dimension?

Should have got the RW4 for that size tank. I have the 4 in a 45g tank and it's perfect.

Powerful pump for a small tank.

Im using rw4's in a nuvo 40.
I could easily get by with one, but keep them very low to have alot of lower - random flow.

Try it all the way down on the knob & w1.

It's too strong for that tank. U need to buy a multi voltage power supply to lower to the power. Only way

Another way of doung it! Nice.
Its still very strong for a 29G.


If its brand new maybe return it for a rw4??

that wavemaker is way too big for your tank , you need the wr4
