Bubble Magus Curve 5

I have a bubble magus that I had bought about a year ago. As of recently, I've been having issues with the way it has been skimming. I have it set on the "minimal" level. Normally when everything works fine, the micro bubbles pour into the collection cup overflowing the cup. But as of recently the micro bubbles won't even reach the collection cup. The bubbles are just in the cone no where near the collection cup. I had cleaned out everything and put the pump in vinegar with water to wash it off and still its not skimming correctly.. Any ideas?

are you putting any thing (dossing) in you water. if I add any thing in my skimmer goes crazy. not an expert but hope it helps. btw soaking in vinegar is like starting new so it may take a week or so to got going again.

Does the collection cup still fill with gunk? Did you change your pump or water level?

Nothing has been changed in the tank. The micro bubbles in the cone doesn't reach the collection cup meanwhile it's highest level
