Apex help

Please help someone. My apex controller went OFF line the other night and I can not get it back online. I have tried iPad, phone and desk top and non of them are connecting. I did as much troubleshooting as I could. Check all wired connections, reset apex network connection and reset router. So far nothing has worked. I did email them but waiting for response (it was over the weekend so I figure response should come tomorrow or Tuesday.

Has anyone else had this problem, if so how did you fix it?

Did You check to see if your IP address changed. That happened to me several times.

yeah, go into your router and check for correct ip address for the controller.

if it dosnt show up in router something is wrong with the controller.

Spike with Neptune today. They said to turn on dhcp and then reset ip address. Going to try that and see what happens
