I would clean your skimmer more often. You will get better results....
FWIW I clean the neck and cover on my Deltec AP103 twice a week

I try clean my skimmer every 3rd day since been doing this and I got of my filter so my tank been holding up better 20 days is long time not to clean up skimmer but that just my opinion

I go longer than 20, but thats cause i have a neck cleaner. Before I had that my foam would collapse and not rise up after like 4 days.
