UV Sterilizer question

So I'm suppose to be picking up a Turbo Twist 3x today at a decent price and so I'm reading up on it and it says the recommended flow rate is 100-200 gph. My concern is that I've upgraded my return to a MJ1200 (295 gph). I'm wondering how effective or ineffective this UV will be? considering the flow rate?

295 Is the head pressure. Every inch of pipe and every elbo, the water pressure decrease. But you must read the UV manual carefully to determine what will be kill my the UV.

Just out of curiosity where did you get this info from. I've been meaning to look into UV flow rates more
