I'm in the process of planning out the plumbing for my new tank and I was wondering if anybody has experience using TLF Barbed Ball Valves?

My setup is pretty small, so most of the equipment uses either 3/4 or 1/2 barbed connectors. I'm hoping to 'y' split my return using vinyl tubing and the TLF valves are the only thing I can find to control the flow.

Are these any good? Will the connection hold up to the pressure of using it on my return line?

I literally did just this thing yesterday on the new 50 cube I'm working on. Split my return with 3/4" vinyl tubing and the TLF valve. It works fine so far. I like the quality of the valve, better than I thought, though I felt it was a little pricy when I ordered it. Got it from Amazon. It probably will get stiff, as these things do, but I don't intend to be fussing with that line much once it's set.

Oh, this was the only barbed valve I was able to find at the size I needed.

I have my return going up 1" then T split twice to 1/2" with TLF ball valve in each before going into a Y to dual returns. So my return is split 6 times I guess in total. The first two TLF I had leaked. I actually have some kicking around somewhere.
