Hi MR,
Earlier today I setup my Apex unit and connect all the modules and added it to my network. I'm really excited to finally have it all setup.
I need some assistance from the Apex gurus around here. I'm having an issue with the PM2 module that has the Conductivity probe. The display can recognize the PM2 module and I can see it on the web interface. However, I can't find the conductivity probe anywhere!
I was able to "update" the PM2 module on the display. However, when I check Module Status, it says the PM2_4 has a status of "UNP". All other Modules have an "OK" status.
When I go to Cond Setup, Enable, the Probe field is blank on the display controller.

I hope I made sense above. I spent most of the day reading multiple forums and even register for a Neptune systems account for support. In the interim, I thought that someone on MR might be able to assist.

Thanks!

Ok I just checked and in the interface the leak detector I have plugged in appears as "Switchx_5"

Notice the x. Do you see something similar?

ps: Josh, I have the new version and it works really nicely, with the "fat" detector (which is actually just slightly bigger than a pocket matchbox)

I will double check tonight. I spent a great deal of time in the interface and can't recall seeing a name with "switch". I also got a ADL but didn't connect it as yet. I am planning to connect it tonight and will report back.

Oh wow, sorry, just realized my mistake... I thought you were talking about the leak detector. Being tired is bad.

Regarding your issue: in the web interface, You were telling that you see the module as "UNP" in the module section. I assume that means unplugged: have you added it manually there, or was it auto-detected at some point?

When you plug the PM2 using the aquabus, do you see the status LED light green? (through the usual blink orange, then static green). If not, have you tried plugging the USB cable to the second USB port?
