very quick ? on Apex

im setting up my Apex right now and I was wondering if I can finish programming the outlets on my EB8 BEFORE plugging in all of my equipment.

I do not want to turn my whole system down while im working on the program so how should I do this?

finish programming the outlets, than at once plug my equipment in? should I turn off the Apex before doing this?

or should I plug each one in before programming it.

You should be able to program it before moving equipment over...

another question, Does my skimmer need to be plugged into one of the 10Amp plugs or would the 5A work?

skimmer should be fine in one of the 5A plugs, unless the skimmer draws a lot of power; over 500W.
