Bubble Magus NAC7 ./ SWC 160

Trying to get either of the two skimmers but concerned with dimensions. If you own either of the skimmer, can you comment on my question?
Bubble Magus NAC7

• Max Chamber Diameter: 9"
• Dimensions: 9.4"L x 7.8"W x 20.0"H
• Water Level :9.5"-11

SWC 160
water depth 6-9".

20 5/8"" in height with a 9" X 7" footprint​

Since I have very limited sump skimmer chamber. I want to know the actual dimension of those skimmers precise.

Is the WxL size listed covering the cone body only or it covers both the cone and the output pipe?
What is the max cone body diameter and cone neck diamater? What height is the neck?

Right now I incline to have bubble magnus because my sump water is 10" and I have only 22" clearance height in the stand. But looks like SWC 160 also fit if I raise 1" in height.

The skimmer cone diameter at 14" high is preferred to be less than 5".

Nac7:

Dimensions: 9.2" x 8.5" x 19.6"
Cylinder: 9"

If cylinder is 9" how come length is only 8.5"
Isn't it supposed to be minimum 9" to hold at least cylinder?
