Tank after API General Cure, SAFE? or not

Hi, I have been offered an amazing deal on a 200 gallon tank with cherry mohagony stand and canopy.

$500 if I can pick up this saturday, scratch free.

I always ask questions and solicit an honest response, seller swears he only used API General Cure.

The ingredients in General Cure would probably kill inverts BUT

My question is, after cleaning of the tank and drying out, CAN THIS TANK STILL BE REEF SAFE?

Reef Safe or not Reef safe after API General Cure?

I wouldn't hesitate to use the tank.
One of those is an antibacterial. The other is an antiparasitic, but considering the total volume of the tank..and the fact that General Cure doesn't work too well in the first place...I don't think it would affect inverts at all either...I say have at it

I imagine it would be fine.

I have a 75 gallon QT tank that I used copper in several times. After hurricane Sandy I was forced to use it to house my livestock that survived. Corals (acan, zoas, duncan, and ricordea) and inverts (snails, hermits, and emerald crab) were all living in this tank for the last three or more months. Now these are not particularly delicate SPS corals but still no ill effects that I can see.

Could using medicine in a tank pollute it forever? Maybe, but it did not happen in my experience. I say give it a shot. Worse case scenario is you have a bad ass FOWLR tank, lol.

fine, I am going for it, well, that is if the seller does not back out. At that price he may get someone showing up on weekdays and i just cant do weekdays.

If he is still interested in selling by Saturday I will go get it. At that price is hard to say no and easy to give up on dream size tank of 250dd.

Did not get this tank, seller demanded I find 3 ppl to help me and I could only find 1. Woke up at 6am to go ge this but only one helper showed up so I had to cancel.

Cant drive 2.5 hours knowing we wont be able to load this. Seller returns my call 3 hours later telling me that its was ok his uncle and father would help.

His condition for selling cheap was that i had to do everything, by the time he called back my only helper had already gone home.
