I need help setting up my RKL

Hello fellow reefers i have a little problem i need help setting up my rkl to run a pump in intervals of 3hours on 3hours off can any one tell me how to do this i looked at the instructions but they confused me even more i need basic do A-B-C-D thanks in advance
