trying to set up the short pulse wave mode on the mp40 in my deep blue 80 (4ft x 2ft x 16 inches) to achieve a good wave motion.

tried reading the manual and videos online and info thru other forums, but still cannot achieve a good size wave....any suggestions?

my tank is all anemones and 3 zoa frags....i think it would be good for the nems to have a nice steady wave.

any help would be appreciated! thanks

Fwiw. I have never been able to achieve any sort of wave with my mp10 either. It's on a 24x24x20 tank.
Even when I had it on my solana it still did not.
I think it's a bunch of corporate hoowie.

Hi Aloha. I would do a memory reset first on the MP40. Then retry setting your wave. Most common problems are either not hitting the correct button or not holding it down long enough. If you are still having problems LMK if there is anything I can do to help. Neil

dont know if you already got it, but try this
1. Select Blue setting
2. Ramp up the desired speed (I have my MP40 couple of dials after the middle)
3. Press the middle button, you should see the leads ramp up
4. While in this mode, dial downward to select desired frequency

This should give you some wave effect. Am not sure of other ways.
