No good guys. Looks like I'm out of luck. I came home and first thing I did was smell the silicone and there wasn't any smell so I put it on the tank and started filling it with water, started working on plugging it in then I heard a drip then another and another. I guess I'm out of luck and have to buy a new skimmer. So if you know anyone with a good hob skimmer for a nano let me know. Thanks again for all your help. If anyone wants to attempt fixing this skimmer let me know ill pay.
