Ecotech battery P/S question

Hey guys,

I think the power supply for my battery has died. Aka it is not giving 14.5V but 5.5V. However before I order a new one, I would like to make sure this is not what is expected.

So would anyone who has this battery and a multimeter be kind enough to measure the output of the power supply and let me know what they get?
