Apex problems

I am running an Apex full with firmware 4.20 under windows 7 64bit.
First none of the EB8 outlets showed up and had to initialize the unit 4 -5 times. All I could see were VarSp1_i1 through VarSpd4_I4 and Snd alm_I6 and email modules.

Now I have the same modules plus the EB8 but the EB8 modules show up after the VarSpd ones. I programmed my lights to turn on at 11am and the display says they are on but none of my lights are on. Where do I start troubleshooting?

What light is on the EB8? Green or blinking orange?

It is green but Widdy took care of all the problems.

Well I guess it is still buggy. The lights wont go off and even when I manually turn them off they come right back on. What could the problem be?

I was having a similar issue and I called the guys at apex and he took control of my computer and perminantly fixed the issue..... It took less that 5 minutes
