Amperage rating

I have a step down xformer from 120v to 12vdc - that was running a aqualight fan, but the fan fell and a blade broke. Anyway, I wanted to connect it to a 12v 120 computer fan but i am not sure if the amperage rating matters?

The xformer was running a .40 amp fan that the new computer fan from staples is .06 amps - will it blow the fan out? can I run 2 fans from 1 xformer??
