hey guys, my 9gal eheim nano cube is really coming along, i just got my 10 gal fuge set up last week and everything seems alot happier.

I have noticed that the evap has gone up ALOT, about an inch a day if this seems normal. So on to the next project...ATO

I have done my reading and it seems that AUTOTOPOFF.COM has a good set up (so says mr saltwater TV)

The website is confusing though, I need to purchase each part separately. Can anyone help me on which parts I need for my setup?

Im going on vacation next week and cannot relay on my care taker to top off the tank so this is ASAP important!!!

thanks fellas

The double is a secondary switch just in case the 1st one gets stuck. Im not too sure about the nano upper but to me it seems like its made for a nano system so it goes in one of the chambers in the back.. But like i said no too sure..

The second switch has a couple possible uses.

On the Reef Fanatic I use mine to check the level of my top off container. If they container is empty because it needs to be refilled then the switch prevents the pump from running dry.

Since you have a fuge you can use the Sump model from autotopoff.com.

You just need to decide which one to get from there which is really just the bracket that it comes with. I would get the double switch one.

The bottom float will cause the pump in your resevoir to turn on, then top float is a safety just in case the bottom float gets stuck, and then it will stop the pump. I actually dont like how it is set up though, since the top float has to be high enough above the first float.

All you need to do is get a pump that works for you. I have to use a utility pump since i need to pump out of a 32 gallon brute and need the head. If you are using a small resivoir then you can prob get away with a Toms Aqua Lifter.
