nextreef mr1 and NP Biopellets Filter Media

i have mr1 reactor with 140g/h pump. I just put np biopellets inside the reactor and they don't even move inside reactor. When i connected mr1 to mag5 the media moves but not like crazy but i think mag5 is to big for this reactor any idea whats wrong with my reactor. I think the media should move inside reactor should i keep mag 5 connected ?

the bio pellets should tumble nice if they are not they will rot and smell bad the mag5 should be good just its way to much electricity imo. I would try a large pump with less watts but if all u have is the mag then you should be good. You can also try removing any mesh plate thats in the reactor and see if that help but place a ball valve on the pump so you can control it if its to much flow. I hope that helped out a little

i will remove the mesh right now and see if this will help me if not i will connect my mr1 to mag5 thank you
