Is my lighting enough?

Well my cousin set up his 30 gallon 4 months ago. He has a t5 fixture with 62 watts 3 led strips that add up to 34watts. So he has 96 watts and he wants to know if this lighting will work.

Its not really about wattage but more about lumens. The answer depends on what type of (spectrum) bulbs he is using and what is he planning on keeping.

Hes using 2 Coralife colormax 31w t5 hq, 1 ecoxotic stunner led strip, and 2 current usa truelumen pro led strips
