AquaClear?

Anyone here use products from AquaClear like the filter foam carbon and ammonia remover?? Are they good products to use??

The ammonia remover is only good for freshwater.

I dont see why the carbon would be different from any other carbon. If this is for a reef tank, i would suggest getting rid of foam block as your going to need to clean it everyday or every other day. Instead get yourself a big bag of filter floss and that way you can just keep changing the filter floss instead of constantly buying the blocks.

The carbon is okay, but not as good as what you can get from BRS.
The foam block does what it's supposed to - remove larger particulate matter from the water.
