Skimmer to big or small??

Skimmer for 150g xs200 or swc 160?

I'm setting up a new tank and looking for a skimmer. The tank is 100g display with 50g sump,refugium area. I'm planning on having a medium bio load in the tank. I want the Octopus XS 200 but i'm afraid it will be to much. I know having a skimmer a little bigger than needed is ok but I don't want to go to big. I'm worried the SWC 160 wont be big enough. What to do??

Wow , you should look at the itech series of skimmers , they are fantastic

I basically want the xs 200 but I want to make sure its not to big.

I have an I-TECH 100 on my 57 w a 30G sump. No livestock yet but it's skimming something out of the water Lol. Crazy how good they are. And the way they come apart for cleaning is so simple and brilliant!
