Macro algae: Caulerpa and Chaeto

Hey folks.

I would like to share two types of Caulerpa and some Chaetomorpha

One is the grape Caulerpa: C. racemosa. Fox faces seem to love that one, they eat it like spaghetti and meat balls.

The second one is a species feather Caulerpa: C. sertularioides I believe.

The third type is the infamous Chaeto.

I will be giving away a handful at a time (trimming my refugium and/or my sea horses tank).

All I ask in return is that if my refugium were to crash I could turn to those I have given some macro to to replenish it ;-)

---

IMPORTANT: the feather Caulerpa comes from my seahorses tank that was treated with the de-wormer "Safe-Guard" (see here) to kill hydroids. That was done a year ago, but people say it can "stay in the tank" for about 2 years. So that algae might be "dangerous" for some shrimps/snails. I have had no problems with sexy shrimps, amphipods, copepods, Nassarius, Stomatella and Collonista snails.
