Tank Cover Building Demonstration!

I built my cover and besides a few slight mismeasurements it is perfect.

Only issue I'm having is toward the edges keeping the spline in.

Do you have the tool to push the spline in ? if you don't take a blunt instrument and push it down further, you should have no problems once in, unless the spline you have is too thin. In this case get the spline one step up in thickness. I've made several and all are still in the track.

I did and for whatever reason it won't stay in :/. I bought the spline tool from BRS. I almost considering maybe using a different piece of spline idk

as long as the frame is aluminum which = no rust
