Not my point. While I agree that all of these will restrict the flow, they ALL can't do it the exact same amount.

Each type of fittings' loss will very slightly due the material used and shape produced. They don't restrict the same, but as a general rule, people in this hobby use a foot of head loss for each fitting. This "rule" is a lot more useful than the "watts per gallon" rule.

First of all again Thanks to Dave for redoing my plumbing..

To All who replied and ask questions : I wish I know what you guys are talking about with all the calculations. I am a noobie when it comes to plumbing and all the discussions here are greatly appreciated. Just like what I told Dave that its about time not to run from my biggest problem which is plumbing. I think having a good foundation will make me succeed more on this hobby. Thanks to all and will update this thread as soon as we have progress and maybe show the before and after pics and the latest FTS of the tank.
