Here are a few pic?s of a stand I want to build for my 90 gallon. On the left side there will be a door to get my sump out if I need too. Let me know if you think it will work.

If you draw the 2x4's to scale you'll see you've way over built the stand.

two 2x4's married together for the legs and one in the middle of the front and back would be good.

Also, you want the top and bottom frame on the top/bottom of the legs. It transfers the load to the solid uprights, rather than the screws holding the stand together.

Also, what are you using to cover the outside?

For the out side I am thinking of either ? or ? sheets of oak. And I see what you are saying about the weight transfer problem I will post some updated pics in a few.

Here are some updated pictures. The red 2x 4?s will connect the upper frame to the lower frame for weight baring purposes .
