Hey all,
After looking around for lighting options (and not finding a Lights of America fixture in stock anywhere) I found that Home Depot carried a similar fixture from Lumark. I've put up a disassembly guide at:

It turns out that it's very straightforward to take apart these fixtures and integrate them into canopies. Hope this helps anyone thinking of using these nice little units.
