CPR SR4 protein skimmer

I want to build this protein skimmer. Is there anyone who has this skimmer and is willing to give me it's dimentions?

i have a cpr bak pak II (not 2R) which is 3 in deep by 71/2 wide by 17long each compartment is 33/4 in wide there is a small overflow hole in the collection cup portion which leads to the dispensing section the collection cup is 21/2 by 3 1/4 by 4 1/4 with a rubber o ring around it which is used to adjust the hieght of the collection cup and funnel in the water column
