modifying CPR Bak Pak 2 comments? sugg?

I am planning to add an extension to my CPR Bak Pak 2 with add on refuge. Could some one give me some suggestion? or comments?

I am using RIO 800, how big of hole should I be drilling so that it won't overflow?

I'd plug the factory outlet hole, and move the outlet to the far side of the fuge.

What's your plan for supporting the additional water weight on the far side of the fuge? I like BC's idea... you could use the output on that side as additional support.

yes, thank you. that would work, if i use the output holes and move it towards the other side and put additional hanger to support in the middle. I was thinking not to mess up too much of it just in case if it does not work out I can still seal the hole

I would advise against do this. Unless you have the experience in working with acrylic, IMO the weakest part would be the joint between the CPR Bak Pak and the add on. Safer to just buy one.

I found this acrylic solvent on eBay that says it welds acrylic together.
