What size hole to Drill into 90 Gallon

I am interested in ordering a Reef Ready 90 gallon glass tank from Aqueon (AGL). I can special order the number of holes and the size. The number I believe should be three. The only question is how large. I am interested in the Herbbie or possibly the Bean animal return set up. I can have two holes in the return and the third location is my choice. I was planning on a corner return. What size holes should I order and where should the third hole be located.

i just ordered fro them, i was able to order black silicone and oversize hole for schedule 80 bulkheads. On a 90 one over flow box is fine with 2 holes 3/4 bulkhead for supply and a 1" hole for the drain. If you want to use schedule 80 bulkheads, 1" is 1 7/8" and 3/4" is 1 5/8"
I used petland they where the cheapest.
