I don't even have a tank for this yet, but couldn't wait to get started on pre-assembling some of my rock work. With the exception of a few small "real" pieces, this is all DIY rock. It's assembled to the point where I can move it in pieces and get it back the way I want when I finally get a new tank.
It's all made from a Aragonite, #1 Portland, and Rock Salt. It has been soaked out for aprox 1yr in muriatic acid baths, vinegar baths, even an overnight stay in the Long Island Sound. It then spent a few months in a tank being colonized, until I finally dried it out, soaked it out, and started assembly with some marine epoxy. (I have this same rock in my current system, rock work is a mess there...part of the motivation for pre-assembling, but that's another story).

Really nice pieces, It's good idea to leave pieces like these in natural sea water since we have access to so many beaches and let the cycle process take place there and nothing is better than that..... Good luck and great work
